Founder’s Letter
When I founded AES, it wasn’t because the industry needed more noise.
It needed better structure.

After years operating in expedited freight and hotshot transportation, I saw the same pattern over and over:
Hard work is everywhere. Real systems are not.
Independence is promised, but true operational freedom, backed by strong support, is rare.
Many owner-operators come into this industry looking for freedom. What they often find instead is inconsistency, uncertainty, and constantly reacting to problems.

Freedom without structure leads to instability.
Structure without vision leads to limitation.
AES was built to balance both.

We are working to rebuild something that, in many parts of this industry, has been lost, a disciplined operating system that supports independence instead of restricting it.

We are not a dispatch service.
We are a structured carrier platform.

Our focus is not quick volume or short-term wins. It is long-term credibility and sustainable growth.
For experienced operators, this means operating within a platform that matches your standards — where professionalism, communication, and accountability are aligned with real opportunity to grow.

For new MCs, it means you don’t have to navigate your most critical first year alone. You operate inside a system designed to help you build credibility, protect your authority, and establish yourself correctly in the marketplace.
Our standards are not about control.

-
They are about protection.
-
They protect your reputation.
-
They protect customer relationships.
-
They protect the integrity of the network we are building together.

In an industry that often runs on urgency and reaction, AES chooses planning and process. Because long-term freedom comes from predictable systems. Real scale comes from infrastructure.
This industry does not reward emotion. It rewards structure, consistency, and reliability.
At AES, we believe discipline creates freedom and infrastructure creates opportunity. We are building a network of operators who think like business owners and operate like professionals.
If you are serious about building something lasting — not just hauling loads — we welcome the conversation.
