AES - Stage Show Logistics

Some operations deserve more than a mention, they deserve to be highlighted.

AES had the opportunity to play a key role in a high-visibility operation at NFL U.S. Bank Stadium home of the Minnesota Vikings, supporting the structural preparation for major live performances by artists such as Morgan Wallen and Bruno Mars.

This level of operation reflects where AES performs best: environments where timing is critical, coordination is complex, and execution cannot fail. From crane coordination to crew alignment and strict timelines, every detail demands precision and that is exactly what we deliver.

More than a project, this represents our ability to operate inside high-pressure, high-exposure environments where reliability and professionalism are non-negotiable.

We are also grateful to the state of Minnesota and the surrounding regions for the continued trust and opportunity. This market has been instrumental in our growth, consistently opening doors to meaningful, high-level operations.

AES — built for execution where it matters most.

This was not standard freight.

AES was directly involved in transporting critical stage infrastructure — including steel trusses, support systems, and production components — operating inside the stadium under controlled conditions, tight timelines, and coordinated execution alongside multiple production teams.

What defines this operation is not just where it took place, but how it was executed:

  • In-stadium logistics within a controlled and restricted environment

  • Coordination with rigging, production, and setup teams

  • Handling of structural components requiring precision and care

  • Operation over protected flooring systems and sensitive surfaces

  • Execution within strict time windows — no margin for delay

At AES, we don’t just move freight, we support the infrastructure behind world-class experiences.

At AES, Special Operations are structured to support real-world logistics demands with clarity,
speed, and control.

OPERATIONAL COMMITMENT INCLUDES:
- Defined response time (SLA): Rapid evaluation and dispatch alignment based on load urgency
- Time-critical execution: Ability to coordinate and deploy for same-day and expedited requirements
- Operational capacity: Flexible equipment positioning and dispatch readiness for high-priority
freight
- Geographic coverage: Regional and long-haul support across key U.S. lanes
- Freight profile versatility: Capability to handle time-sensitive, specialized, oversized, and critical
infrastructure-related loads

Our objective is not only to execute complex operations, but to ensure those capabilities translate
into predictability, reliability, and measurable performance for your supply chain.

FROM CAPABILITY TO EXECUTION

What you see is not a one-time performance.
It is a structured system designed to deliver:
- Consistency under pressure
- Clear communication throughout the process
- Alignment with your operational timelines
- Accountability at every stage of the move

Because in high-stakes logistics, execution is not measured by effort, it is measured by outcome.
